1. Automatic Shirt-Folding Machine
Automatic shirt-folding machines are primarily used for folding shirts. They feature automatic cardboard insertion and adjustable automatic collar shaping. The folding boards and collar-shaping molds can be swapped out to accommodate different garment styles, while dual folding mechanisms rotate at high speeds in a single direction to enhance folding efficiency.
2. Bagging Machine
Finished garments-such as folded shirts and undergarments-are typically packaged using bagging machines. These machines are simple to operate, convenient to use, and produce neat, attractive packaging. Garments are placed onto a guide rail; upon activating the switch, the garment is fed along the rail into the packaging bag, after which a sealing mechanism closes the bag opening.
3. Tagging Gun
Garments sold on the market require hangtags or spare-button pouches displaying information such as the manufacturer, trademark, specifications, and barcodes. Plastic fasteners are commonly used to attach these tags to the garments. Different types of fasteners require the use of corresponding tagging needles and guns.
4. Vacuum Packaging Machine
Vacuum packaging is a modern packaging technology. It works by reducing the moisture content of the garment to a specific level, thereby minimizing the risk of permanent or semi-permanent creases forming.
